Is a charming 1800’s stone house situated in Payrac, a lovely, well-preserved village community of about 550 inhabitants. It is the perfect location for those who want to experience the French countryside and travel to the heart of the best kept secret in southwest France. The house has been lovingly renovated with three bedrooms, one full bath, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The open floor plan downstairs includes an extraordinary winding, wooden staircase which leads to the second floor. The kitchen, dining and living room share the same space under a canopy of exposed beams. Every room has electric heat.
